記得小時候媽媽煲湯，一定會煲一大煲，我們一家幾口不消一天便能把它渴掉，尤其是羅宋湯，我們每次都要渴數碗才滿足。

今天，心血來潮，想回味一下那個羅宋湯，於是買了所有材料。嗯，味道還是這麼好！

 

 

羅宋湯食譜

材料 

牛尾一斤

蕃茄四個

薯仔三個

椰菜半個

洋蔥半個

紅蘿蔔半斤

調味 

茄汁三分一枝

糖兩茶匙

鹽小許

作法

1. 牛尾洗淨，放一鍋滾水中飛水

2. 紅蘿蔔、薯仔切細塊，蕃茄切細件，洋蔥、椰菜切絲

3. 煲滾半煲水，下牛尾及紅蘿蔔，煲半小時

4. 下薯仔，洋蔥及椰菜，再煲半小時

5. 下蕃茄，煲一小時

6. 最後，下茄汁及其他調味料，再煲約十五分鐘便可，渴時可下些香草

So from previous post, you've got the CAR concept. What else can you make a resume stronger?

The answer is to start the sentense with a vert, a powerful punchline.

Here are two examples:

A) As a sales manager, my responsible is to meet sales target and to provide leadership to my team to achieve our sales target, and we sold 150% of our target.

B) Led a sale team of 5 people to develop an agressive sale plan and drove sales up to 150% of sales target through prioritizing key client accounts

So, what is the difference between A & B? A couple

1) Example A is a dry, passive description of the role. While Example B is focusing on the actions and results

2) Example A is just a description of the responsibilities, while example B is an action list, showing the impact of the actions.

3) Example B starts with Action Verbs "Led", "Develop", "Drive". Those words give people a sense of actions and getting jobs done, which are very important in terms of hiring decisions.

At the end of the day, employers are not looking for people who finish tasks, but achieving results through actions. So it is very important to show in your resume that you can take actions, by using "ACTION VERBS" at the beginning of each sentence.

My job as a management consulting as to consult executives from companies with revenue over $1B. Most of the times I helped them to streamline their cost structure, and there are many ways to do it. For manufacturing, we did it through stratetgic sourcing and make/buy analysis. We also helped company in their supply chain strategy, for example, many companies expand through acquisitions, and most of the time they don't integrate the acquired companies operations very well and there are just too many overlapping. We come in and help them to figure out the best and most cost effective ways in running their business.

We also helped PE firms (Private Equity) in their acquisitions. Usually they brought us in to perform due dilligence of their target companies. In layman terms, it is to help them figure out where the inefficiencies are and how to fix them so that the PE firms can profit from buy low sell high. In case you are wondering what PE firms do, they are sort of investors who buy companies, turn them around and sell them either to other investors or IPO.

I know I know, it is sort of boring to post something like that here, but this is my job. and I like it a lot. One time, I did a project for a PE firm and save them $300M per year. It feels great when you do something that is highly impactful.

David's wife just bought a line of expensive cosmetics that gurantee making her looks younger. 記得小時候愛吃白汁海鮮意粉, 於是我就跑去圖書館找烹飪書學整白汁.  原來這個美味的醬做法十分簡單, 所以我希望在這裡跟大家分享. 

 

材料

牛油約兩湯匙

生粉兩湯匙(以少許熱水開之)

鮮奶一碗

鹽一茶匙

 

製法

1. 把牛油用慢火煮溶

2. 慢慢加入鮮奶

3. 下鹽調味

4. 逐少加入生粉水並攪動材料至白汁變杰

 

心得

1. 若你想味道更香濃而又不介意脂肪高的話, 於加入鮮奶後可再加半杯忌廉

2. 若你注重健康的話, 鮮奶可選用脫脂奶, 不過味道會沒全脂奶般香濃

 

I was born and raised in a humble family. During my early 20's, I earned my undergrad degree from a prestiguous univerisity in HK. And then after working as an engineer for several years, I earned the status of Professional Engineer (aka Chartered Engineer). But then I was thinking, what else do I want to do next? Somehow several articles came across, and those were about how Dr. Lo started his career as a management consultant and then became the CEO of the Interactive TV of HK Telecom, and he was ony 30 something or so. So I was thinking about getting into management consulting. But without a top school MBA, it was very tough to get into the industry, so I decided to get one. Lucky enough, there were some schools willing to take me, so I did and now is a managment consultant.

As for my personal life, I have to say I really enjoy food, movie and travel, and making my favorite dessert - Tiramisu. Since I am always on business trip, the clients pay for everything, air ticket, hotel and most importantly, all the meals, that means my colleagues and I try to have at least one decent meal a week. We usually go to a steakhouse, open a bottle of wine and have good time chatting togetther. That's fun when you can have good food and wine once in a while. Don't get me wrong, our work lives are very tough since we work very long hours everyday, so that's why we try to enjoy life and relax when we can.

The best part I am really crazy about is the dessert, and my favorite is Tiramisu. I like it so much because I love Chocolate, coffee, cheese and liquor, and Tiramisu is the perfect blend of them. It is so great that I taught myself making Tiramisu, and it feels great when you make your own dessert and share it with your friends. I guarantee they will be impressed.

I am also a big movie fan. This year I've got myself a big flat screen LCD TV and the surround system, so that I can enjoy movie anytime I want. DVD has more content than watching a movie in threatres. There are always special features like Director comments, and I like watching them as well. Did I mention travel? Oh yeah, travel is fun, I was lucky to see so many places because of my work. On average I guess fly anywhere from 70k miles to over 100K miles a year for business. But still my favorite place is the Islands in Greece. They are so beautiful.

My favorite color? I do like blue and white a lot since I am a water person. I do water ski, wake boarding. My dream will be owning my own boat one day and sail all over the world.

Most of us will need to write resumes in some point, but how to write a winning one that will not only get you an interview, but a job offer?

As I am recruiting for my company, I have seen many different types of resumes. There are great resumes and average ones. As a recruiter, the first contact point with a potential candidate, so a well written resume is not only important in getting an interview, but it will greatly affect your chance of getting the job.

Let me give you two examples of resumes. First candidate A, who was an university graduate with only 1-year of experience, which seemed to be a pretty light for the position she was applying for. However, she was smart enough to position her extra-curriculum activities as leadership experience, and she was able to articulate the results that she was able to achieve. That really won some credits for her. It turned out, we hired her.

Second candidate B, who was also a university graduate with 5-year of experience, which should be sufficient for the position he is applying for. However, it was very difficult to find out what she had accomplished in in her resume, all she put into her resume was "help my boss to do task A, B & C...". It turned out, even with signficant experience for the position, she didn't even get an interview.

What does two examples tell us? A well-written, articulated resume with solid demonstrations of results and accomplishment, will get you not only an interview but also a decent job offer.

So the next question is? What are the difference between a great and an average resume?

What an event. Plenty of wine. Too many choices. Too little stomach room.

試過為不能挽回的感情痛心, 自覺最可憐, 不甘心...
為何自已付出這麽多, 竟然得到如此对待?

其實自已不走出死胡洞... 還為以死去的感情和事斤斤計較... 有用嗎? 你哭, 他會回來嗎? 如感情可以哭哭鬧鬧討回來, 會快樂嗎? 那段日子, 看着鏡子, 就算化了粧, 樣子沒有靈氣, 雖未至於像死人化粧, 但都很灰的.

原來為一個不值得去愛的人傷心是枉費自已的. 為何作賤自己? 為何不用為他傷心的精力去愛自己?

很慶幸, 想通了... 活着生命就是要自己快樂. 這是自己爭取的. 為何硬要將自已的快樂交托別人手中? 別人可以為你制做快樂情景, 但自己才是快樂主宰.

往後再望鏡子, 眼晴明亮了, 面容也有光彩了. 護膚品還不是依舊的那種.

I had spent a full day last Sunday for a grand tour of the famous national museums in Washington. First stop at the Lincoln Memorial where I visited the 19-foot-high marble seated statue of Abraham Lincoln made by some French dude. Not very exciting so I then went to the national archives building, home of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. Upon stepping foot upon this historical hallmark, a sense of patriotism filled my heart as I gazed upon the American Flag and having an urge to sing out loud my national anthem:

But doing so would lead me to be arrested by the men in black (with shades) and most likely later be interrogated by men in white (with needles). Second though, screw it! Not worth it.

Last stop, the legendary White House. Yeah! I don’t have a thing for a house painted in white but I was thrilled by exploring the surroundings of this paranoid fortress. At the outskirts of the premises there were police – big deal. But the juicy parts are the men with caps and the men in suits in the yards. This is really cool. The secret police ? I wanted an autograph. I brought along a mini binoculars and wanted to get a better view of the surroundings but my ‘geek’ friend told me that unless I want to get penetrated by a bullet with Muzzle Velocity. 2,800 fps (853 mps) of a sniper rifle I better stick with my camera. Security is very sensitive to spying and especially to objects that glares such as those magnifiying lens of binoculars. Close call, hehe cuz there are snipers everywhere as I was told by some sources. Silly me! Long live the Bush legacy !

How do you describe happyness? Some people want family, money, friends, SL, job, children. what makes you happy? i'm curious.

 A pretty girl posted a thread on a Wall Street financial forum, with the title "how can I marry a rich man?"

She said:
Honestly speaking, I'm 25 and very very pretty and attractive, I'm a breathing taking girl and your heart beat will stop for a sec if you see me. I want to marry a guy with US$500K annual salary, you may say I am greedy but in fact I'm not. In New York, you'll need US$1M to become a middle class, so my request is resaonable.

Are there any guys here making $500K+? Are you all married? I have a question for you, how I can marry someone like you? Among all the guys I have dated before, the richest one earns $250K, and it seems to be my upper limit. However, to live in Manhatten, $250K is not enough, I am sincerely looking for a rich guy. So here are my specific questions:

1) Where do you guys spend your leisure time?
2) What age range shall I target?
3) Why the wives of some millionaires look so average? I saw many of them are average looking but they can marry rich guys. But those hot and sexy girls in the pub just simply do have the same luck. Why?

I am interested in your post, and believe that many other girls want to know that too. And my annual income is over US$500K, so I basically fulfill your requirement. As a banker, let me analyze your situation from an investor perspective.

From a business perspective, getting married with you is the worst business decision in the world. Reason is simply. What you are suggesting that you trade your beauty with my wealth, you've got a rich guy and I've got a pretty wife, simply as that. But there is a serious flaw in your logic,  your beauty will decline over years but my wealth won't. Even worst, my wealth may potentially increase over time, but you cannot be prettier year aftet year, right?

So from an economic perspective, my wealth is an appreciating asset and your beauty is an depreciating asset. Not only that, your beauty is an accelerated depreciating asset. You are 25 now, and you'd probably still be good looking in the next 5.  But after 5, maybe 10 years, you will no longer be as attractive as now today.

Using a wall street jargon "trading position" - that means when an asset drops to certain value, you need to sell but not owning it forever. But your request for marriage is like owning it forever. Since your beauty is an accelerated depreciating asset, it is more economical to rent rather than buy, so people like me will only date you but not marry you.

took the train from lo wu to guangzhou for the first time in 3 years, surprised that the trains have been replaced with "concorde" trains that can compete (in ride quality) with the airport express in HK. A wonder how technology and construction this place has catched up with the rest of the world.

 Although... the people are still "too simple, sometimes naive"....

 

 It's a nice place to spend a new year though, good feeling with so many relatives and friends from the good old times.

小時候有玩過波子棋嗎？在六星形的棋盤上，選一個角，選一種顏色的棋子，把棋子整齊的排在自己選的那角內。最通常的玩法，該是要你把屬於你的棋子，以跳步的形式，最快的送到對面的那角內去。試過跟朋友們六個人聚在一起玩，那種互相堵塞，或是原本看見的路被朋友的一跳變成此路不通等的情況，在玩棋期間經常發生，亦引起朋友間很多的咒罵及歡笑聲。 

偶爾想起小時候有一次跟媽捉波子棋，媽看著棋局，想了一會後，在那堆塞得密密的棋子中間拿起了一隻，向後跳了一下。跟著，又再向後跳多一次兩大格。當我正想問媽為什麼向後退的時候，媽手中的棋子落在棋盤上一個有點稀疏的位置上。我卻馬上發現，這個位置隔三個空位的前方，有著單一隻的棋子，跟著還有零零碎碎的幾隻，連成了一條通住對角最入位置的路。我呆了眼的看著媽的手拿著棋子跳步，最終落在我面前的角落裡。媽說，有時候不是向前走就必定會到目的地的。試試向後退，可能便會找到能讓你能走更遠的路。 

這些簡單的道理，其實無時無刻都在身邊提醒我們的吧。當你心口掛著勇字拼命向前走之際，其實有否想過，有時後退也可以令你走到目的地呢？

於幾星期前的週六參加了一個公開的入職試。試驗分四部份。其中一部份，乃很多大公司都很喜愛使用作為入職者資格量度的Apptitude Test。邏輯推理可真不是小妹的強項，試卷內大半的題目，是在最後五分鐘，隨便的填上的。做完以後，內心不禁有點自責。明知道這考試會有這樣的一環，為甚麼之前自己沒好好準備呢？

昨日，在公司卻發生了這樣的一件趣事。公司最近出版了一本介紹性質的書籍。大老闆吩咐我們將不同的語文版本寄給曾為書籍提供資料或圖片的機構。附上還有一封感謝信。我們準備好信件，就交給大老闆過目及簽名。半天後，信件回來了。其中一封原本給A君的信，人名、公司名及地址被刪掉，旁邊寫了另外B君的通訊資料。很自然，我們便想老闆應該是不想把書籍寄給A，改寄給B了。把信頭改了，連同她原本改的手稿，再交給秘書小姐代轉老板簽名。一會秘書把文件送回來，給B君的信沒簽，在她原本的手稿上卻多了張post-it note，是C君的名字、公司名字及地址。我們看著這堆信，有點不明所以。但也再準備了給C君的信，送到她的辦公室。過一會，信回來了。今次，給C君的信簽了，上面另有新的post-it note，問 "Where is the letter for A and B?"

 

...我一直很奇怪，為什麼入職要有入職試。這些考你中英文運用、邏輯推理的試卷，其實如何評核一個人的工作能力？我實在不覺得，一個通過了aptitude test的人可以解讀我這老板的思考模式。有些工作是在乎人與人之間的互動。其實解決上面問題的方法很簡單，問就是了。如果是這樣的話，那為什麼要用同一個考試，為不同的崗位挑選合適的人選。

從來都沒有決心要學如何解讀邏輯題，是因為其實我一直的工作都是圍繞著人的。而人的思想，其實很多時候很難用邏輯來判斷。我寧願，多付時間去了解人。但我很明白，這世界是有遊戲規則的。有時候，你想得到某些結果，你必需要附出一些，就算這些附出是你所不願意或認同的。卻有時，自己的能力真的有限。不曉得就是不曉得。強迫自己用邏輯的方法處事，就會變得很不自我了。然後發現原來還是做不來，就連自信心都失掉了。

我有一個習慣，就是當我獨個兒去買東西的時候，總喜歡邊講電話邊逛街

It is my first time to bring parents on a trip out of hk. This time with the assistance of my sister, it is great to arrange this nice trip. It is much easier to handle two elderly.

Bring them to take the small jetfoil ferry in a VIP room.
During the cruise, it is heavily raining. However, we do not feel shaky shaky and no seasick.

Arrived find that it is not raining, immediately bring them to the "Ruins of St.Paul".
Then walk down and buy souvenir food
then go to Yee Shun to enjoy Ginger milk and the "double skin" milk
then get a taxi immediately go to MGM
then walk MGM and the glass atrium.
then walk to Wynn, new side with the lucky tree, played a while of gaming
then three of us win a little bit
then go to Taipa
go to "Sun To To" have chicken sharksfin and steam big shrimp(middle cut with garlic)
get taxi go to Venetian
go to shopping mall
go to St marks sqaure
go to canal, take gondola ride

During the queue time, my sister bring them to walk a bit and then sit down a while.
We enjoy it so much, the singing of Italian Song, the ride

酒井法子是不少人的偶像, 在我眼中, 她雖不算是個大美人, 但外表清純討好, 我也十分喜歡她!

知道酒井法子吸毒真的很震驚, 也很婉惜. 這麼一個可人兒竟會淪落如此. 而被傳媒揭發的不倫戀更是茺唐無比!

雖然早陣子有報導說香港女性的地位收入比早十年提高了很多, 而且單身適婚女比男多出很多, 但看到酒井法子因為嫁錯郎而導致現在快要成為階下囚, 我堅信好的女子寧可單身比起隨便找一個男人結婚更幸福!

記得看過一句說話我十分認同: 若果你認為自己的女人變得越殘越醜, 你應該先問問自己怎樣對待她. 一個受男人寵愛的女人是會容光煥發的!

為什麼女人總被稱之謂像貓似的動物?
是因為貓擁有以下的性格: 嬌媚﹐高傲﹐捉摸不定的神態和無意中所流露的性感? 但我覺得女人倒像狗多一點﹐ 比較忠心﹐友善的﹐可親和最重要的一點 --- 容易溝通。

從沒有人將我和貓比較過﹔我想是人生歷驗不夠吧? 要淋离盡致地把貓的所有性格演活﹐ 並不是任何人都可以做到的。
我倒想嘗嘗做貓的滋味 :)

I probably need to clarify my definition of "Pretty". To me, it is someone who is healthy, take good care of themselves and clean. Pretty is someone who has a good heart and always smile and happy.

Let me share with you a story. A very good friend of mine, he is very handsome and a powerful man. He married to a women who is overweight, but as a friend, I like both my friend and his wife very much, she is such a kind person with great personality, and she is a good mother. so to me, pretty is more about the heart and personality than appearance.

I am attracted to girls who love who they are, and not try to be so and so.

tonight i went to my friend bday party, and i knew a guy there, he is the kind i like. is not becoz he is handsome, is becoz he have a very big stomach. seem so funny, but that is true, i like a guy have big stomach. haha

but most of the guy they dont like they have a big stomach and they will try to do exercise to made it become six piece of the muscle. but honestly of myself i dont really like six piece muscle instead of the big stomach. and actually the mind of the guy just like the gal. cuzz most of the gal they like SLIM. they feel slim = good looking. and the most important thing is they feel all the guy like slim gal. but on the other hand most of the guy they dont really like gal are 2 slim. 

we have to know y the guy like six piece of the muscle? and the gal like slim? well, i think is 2 much of the advertisement. it really like a kind of the 洗腦, to made all the guy feel six piece of the muscle= good looking, slim= good looking, honestly i dont think so, since i really feel even you are good looking, but your personality is not good that is meaningless, (maybe that is a good excuse to myself of not to lose weight, haha)

而女人知道了真相後也有無數的理由,理論,藉口去幫這個男人洗脫罪名,

We are currently working for one of the world 5 largest companies. ha ha leave it you to find out what it is. Anyway, it's very interesting that our clients are all American, but none of us are.

The interesting thing about our team. We have Chinese, Indian, Canadian, Italian and Greek. It reflects a change in world landscape. Remember the book "The World is Flat". We are entering a new era of Global Hypercompetition. People are not only competing local, but more on a global basis. Just look at how Internet and modern transportation connecting people together. For example, since our client is so big, revenue US $50B+, they have people working in India, CHina, E. Europe, S. Africa, to support us. It's a virtual team. People physical apart but work very closely together. That didn't happen 20 years ago.

 

 

 

 

I am currently in Bangalore (Bangaluru), have visited Pune and will go to Chennai on Monday. In fact, I first used bottle water to brush my teeth and things are fine. Then I started using tap water....and here you go. Lucky enough it was only a minor bathroom event so I can probably take it.

It is amazingly how things work here. For example, colleague of mine just spilled some water on table. Then there were 2 Indian "office boys" (yep, they still exist in India) came in. The funny thing is one guy was just telling the other guy to wipe the table. You see, there are lots of low-cost unskilled labor in India so there are many of them standing around on the street, in the hotel, office etc.

We also went to some rural area 2 hours from Pune, there were still many village people, they live in a tent and slum, carrying stuff on top of their heads - it's mind blogging. When you compare them with the greedy Wall Street guys who got $18B in bonus, that make you start thinking humanity and equality - non-existent.

It's abou time to update myself! Everything seems to be working out soomthly recently.

 

Although I had let a few chances slip by (relationship-wise)  I managed to be doing quite well at my new post. Here it's a walk your talk thing. and meeting the expectations is not enough, it's oging beyond the expectations that will make you stand out from the crowd!

 

Even more suprisingly is that a few letters of appreciation that earned me a special bonus in my second month of employment. Now that's something :P

 

Yesterday was quite a day, as I got solicited to transfer employment to a client's company... ask me for details! :)

Joined this site for a while. From a technical stand point, this site is not exciting at all - "hollow" is the word that fits my perception. Anybody with a less than 10 years old machine can bootstrap a site like this with open source code. O well, why the hack do I even bother spending my precious work hour writing a post in a "social network" site that I'm not particularly excited about. I guess the "social" word matters more than site feature in this sense. I write because I **think** somebody would read it, I write because I **hope** somebody would comment and I write because be it good or bad, a handful of people coming across what I wrote **might** gain certain urge to acquaint me - be it a second or as little as a fraction of a second.

I've never written any blog before here or anywhere. And I hope this will be my only self-initiated post. Writing blog has always sounded like pathetically screaming at the air, talking to the trees and wishfully waiting for a fairy to come talking to me - so "Wilson" (if you watched cast away). With that said, am I feeling lonely, helpless or loveless that I'm starting to freak out and start talking to the trees now? - Not nearly true at all. Besides working, exercising, sleeping, hanging out with friends, I probably only have less than 2 hours left a day for doing anything else. And **again**, I'm writing this at work - so I'm not chill at all. 

Self question repeated yet again combining inferences from before - why the hack am I spending my precious work hours talking to the trees? And after thinking through it with the first part of the post - the answer is I believe I'm not talking to the trees! This is the black magic of social network - blowing words out to the internet is different from screaming aloud in the forest!

 It all starts with me stomping across a few post by somebody. And then eventually I stomp through more posts on this little unexiciting site and saw how *sad* some people are when they wrote a blog here. Some people convey a sense of loneliness, somebody seemingly is sharing ideas that he/she thinks nobody else would understand - these are all pretty "grey" in cantonese term. 

Hey YOU, it's YOU who's reading this and was feeling lonely and sad at some point. you know when YOU are feeling sad and try to find an outlet on the internet blog, YOU are not screaming down a mud hole with YOUR little unrecognized side of personality. People are reading it and they are hearing it LOUD and CLEAR. Start talking happy today. YOU DO have **better** things to do than feeling sad on the internet. YOU wrote a blog because YOU *think* people might read it, *hope* than people will comment on it and people *might* want to know you for it. Depression is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Start sharing happiness and you will realize that you DO have better things to do than screaming on the internet. You do this because you want to, just like me spending work hour here.

Today I'm really happy, I get happy for little stuff. Like, putting on makeup and looking in the mirror, feeling pretty today! Then, walking in the sun, with my sunglasses, makes me feel gorgeous :D And this is exactly what made me happy today. To make me even happier, I went on the bus and when I got off the bus, the bus driver said "Have a good day!" to me (not a lot of bus drivers do this by the way.. it's like my first time, since I was getting off the back of the bus, and he shouted from the front to the back.. lol). Then, I went to get a chocolate fudge ice-bar to eat. And it made my day!!!!!!!!!! To make things better, I went home and put on my pair of favourite earrings. and looking at my earrings and my simple makeup I have put on today, looking extra good with my earrings on, I feel even happier! Yes, I know, as simple as that! I'm cooking lunch/dinner right now! Going to study my business law now, with a really really happy mood! What can I say, except, I'm really happy. Canadian people are the nicest people on earth! I'm starting to enjoy Canada more than I did than before. Oh, and definitely, have the really cute guy downstair smiling at me, does add to the happiness! haha. Ok, back to study mode :D

這是否職場上必然的定律呢？其實這種情節並不陌生。昨天跟朋友說起，他反說，結果是否真是「得個桔」呢？原地轉體360，還是會跟沒有轉的有不一樣吧。可能是你現在未能看出有什麼用途，直至所有事情都塵埃落定才發現原來所謂「沒關係」的東西的關係與意義何在呢。朋友的話，很禪呢~!

 

我想，畢竟是的。工夫畢竟是做了，是否能被用上可能不是它存在的目的，反而是在過程中，自己或身邊的同伴所得到的經驗也是一種得著。再者，又有誰會知道下一秒事情會怎樣發展，被廢了的計劃又會否起死回生呢。當然，這些可能是安慰自己的說話。卻是，事已至此，埋怨又有什麼作用呢。

 

回過氣來，繼續努力吧。有用沒用是在乎你如何為它附上註解的，我偏向相信，正面的看事情，結果便成正面，反之亦然。與各位在今天或曾幾何時覺得洩氣的朋友共勉之。

The hat and one of the boots was subsequently recovered from the water in the area of the marina. Still missing are Hottenstein’s scarf and one of the boots. Hottenstein’s cell phone, purse and vest were left in the Ocean Drive Bar and Restaurant and retrieved by detectives.After consideration and review of all of the available facts, the cause of death was determined to be “Hypothermia due to exposure complicating acute alcohol intoxication” with the manner ruled as accidental.
